Fully fenced this property is ideal for young children, close to everything that Rotorua has to see and do and laid out so that even if you feel like a day everyone can have their own space.

With two generous sized decks, an outdoor dining/BBQ area, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a games room at the other end of the house, even larger groups will be able to enjoy a bit of "me" time if they need to.

The more active guests will likely end up in the games room honing their table tennis, darts, and Xbox skills or watching Cable TV while the rest of your group will be enjoying each other's company at the other end of the house in the lounge/dining area.

While there's only one bathroom in this property there is an additional toilet off the games room which is also perfectly placed for those utilising the queen and single rooms off the games room.
